At Christenson & Fiederlein, PC, attorneys assist our clients in business formation and organization including the formation of Sole Proprietorships, Limited Liability Companies, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Partnerships, and Professional Limited Liability Companies. We discuss with our clients their business plan which includes the importance of obtaining proper insurance and a valuable certified public accountant. We assist our clients with structuring employment contracts, non-compete agreements, shareholder agreements, and buy-sell agreements at the time of formation.
Flat Fee Rates for Establishing Corporate Entities:
- Single Member Limited Liability Company (LLC): $650.00 (includes filing fee) (view the PDF form)
- S-Corporation (single member): $760.00 (view the PDF form)
These rates include filing and establishing the corporate entity with the State of Michigan, State and Federal Tax EIN #'s, and 2553 S-Corporation Election, standard bylaws, instructions for handling the company, minute book, and stock certificates.
Note: Additional hourly fees may be charged for Buy-Sell Agreements, customizing Operating Agreements, Agreements, and general business counseling.
