I went in with a trust that was prepared for my mother over 30 years ago by another attorney. Mr. Fiederlein gave me a free consultation that was not rushed. He explained that the trust wording was not as good as it could have been, regarding being able to keep the trust and still apply for Medicaid. He indicated another attorney (outside his firm) who dealt with Medicaid, and who could get into the Medicaid details with this trust. He also took the time to personally call the other attorney for me and explain the situation and asked if he would help me out. A completely different firm asked me for $350 to come in and they would then see if they could help me. In summary, I felt very well taken care of by Mr. Fiederlein, and not at all taken advantage of.
